ChiefOS usage boundaries

These terms describe the public ChiefOS service boundaries offered by Fotando Solutions. A signed order, Marketplace agreement, or other purchasing agreement takes precedence for the organization that accepts it.

Service and plans

ChiefOS provides governed analysis, recommendations, evidence workflows, and operating-cycle support. The direct Solo plan is $299 per month after the applicable evaluation. Team and Enterprise availability, users, connectors, implementation services, and pricing are defined in the accepted order.

Customer responsibility and authority

Customers must have authority to provide uploaded or connected information. People remain accountable for source accuracy, business decisions, approvals, and consequential actions unless an exact bounded ChiefOS authority grant explicitly states otherwise.

No guaranteed outcome

Onboarding estimates, initial insights, modeled constraint costs, recommendations, forecasts, and HADI results are not guarantees of revenue, growth, savings, or another business outcome.

Acceptable use

Users must not access another tenant, bypass controls, submit credentials as conversational content, probe restricted tools, infringe third-party rights, or use ChiefOS for unlawful or unauthorized activity.

Billing, suspension, and cancellation

Stripe-hosted Checkout and Portal control the direct payment flow. Product entitlement remains separate from organizational authority. Access may be suspended for security, unlawful use, non-payment, or material violation, subject to the applicable agreement. Cancellation and deletion follow the purchased channel and applicable retention obligations.
